Roland Leo Jones

Roland Leo Jones was a member of the Colorado Symphony violin section for fifteen years.  Currently, he teaches about 30 students violin and viola and coaches chamber music classes.  He does commercial orchestra work and is a member of the Highland String Quartet.  He recently composed New Cadenzas for all the Mozart Violin Concertos.  They are published and are being distributed nationally.

Since childhood, music and art have been the artist's parallel interests.  He has paintings in a least 14 states, Europe, and Japan.  His subjects vary from nonobjective abstracts to traditional scenes.  His paintings and drawings range from the very free wet "floater" and strong palette knife techniques to draftsman like precision graphics.  The artist paints with oils, pastels, and acrylics.  The A&A Art Gallery, 2715 S. Colorado Boulevard, Denver, Colorado, features his limited edition print, "To Santa Fe With Love" and his greetings cards entitled "Celestial Door".  Mr. Jones is available for commissioned work.  He lives in southeast Denver with his wife Carol, who is a early childhood teacher.

We currently have several pieces by Roland Leo Jones; his work is beautiful.  If you'd rather order directly, call us!  1-800-769-6406.
