Larry Crawford
Larry Crawford received a Bachelor of Art
Education degree from Florida State University in 1975, where he learned
advanced studio work in printmaking. Today he is a full time printmaker. His
work consists primarily of limited edition engravings. His subjects include
engraved images of decoys, long and popular a collector's item, for not only
hunting enthusiasts, duck lovers, but also for those who admire the almost
lost art of hand carving. Larry also does beautiful, full color engravings
of game fish-trophy mounted profiles of America's favorite, most sought
after game fish. They are authentically detailed and like his decoys, richly
hand colored. He has also created a classic series of limited edition lures
and flies, done with the same quality and detail. Larry has won numerous art
awards for his wonderful renderings of wildlife.
