Beatrice Bulteau
Beatrice Bulteau has become a highly
recognized equine artist both nationally and internationally. She
currently shows in over 20 U.S. galleries as well as Japan, Germany,
France, Portugal, Spain and Canada.
Bulteau, whose first drawing was of a horse, drawn from her imagination,
today paints only horses. Bulteau has been painting 31 of her 35 years,
and has been painting professionally for 14 years.
Beatrice
became preoccupied with horses at four years old, and began riding
regularly at age twelve. For seven years she trained, jumped and competed
professionally including Dressage. Today Bulteau owns no
horses. She paints strictly form her dreams, her feelings and her
imagination.
Bulteau typically paints daily,
creating 1-2 originals per day from her many window studio in Portugal.
